SYNCHRONIZING GOOGLE CALENDAR WITH FLOOLA

Floola also synchronizes with Google Calendar. You can either download a calendar or synchronize with it by entering your account details. To do so, carry out the following steps:



[1] Go to 'Tools - Google Calendar…' To save your Google Calendar account details, click the '+' button. Type your 'Username'
and 'Password' in the respective text boxes. Click 'OK'.
[2] To add a specififi c private calendar, login to your Google Calendar account. Click the 'Settings' link that is present under the

calendar entry.
[3] In the 'Calendar' tab click the calendar name that you wish to synchronize.

[4] In the 'Calendar Settings' tab, click the 'ICAL' button that's in the 'Private Address:' section. Copy the link address. Click 'OK'.

[5] Back in 'Google Calendar', click the '+' button. In the 'Add' drop-down list of the new dialog box, select 'Google Calendar private link'. Paste the copied URL and click 'OK'.

[6] To update any of the calendar entries, select the entry and click 'Download'.
