How to take a screen shot and save it as a picture

Follow below simple steps to achieve this.

1. Alt + Print screen or just printscreen then paste in paint and save it as jpeg u can upload ur saved pics to tinypic.com or imageshack.us 
2. In windows media player press ctrl + i or iff unable then goto tools- options - performance tab - advanced button and uncheck "use overlays" under vide accleration then u can print screen for vista make it full screen, let the time bar disappear, then hit print screen

Or u can use "sangit" software to take screen shots, which can be downloaded from software section
