Automatic classification of email recipients as safe in the junk filter Outlook 2003, 2007

The integrated spam filter is working perfectly. However, you can configure it to automatically add all email addresses to the safe senders list.

Outlook offers an option for this task with Service Pack 1 for Office 2003 onwards. However, it still needs to be activated. For this, open ‘Tools | Options’ and switch to the ‘Preferences’ tab. Click ‘Junk E-mail’ in the ‘E-mail’ section and subsequently activate the ‘Safe Senders’ tab. Here, you will find a list of all senders who have already been included. Now activate the ‘Automatically add people I e-mail to the Secure Senders list’ option. Confirm the setting by clicking ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’ in succession and close the dialog box that is still open. Note: Use this function only if you have an antivirus program installed and actively scanning your email.
