Oh God! In a hurry, you inadvertently deleted the Recycle Bin using the ‘Delete’ context command. You actually only wanted to empty it.
It is easy to restore the Recycle Bin. Double-click ‘Personalization’ in the control panel. Then follow the ‘Change desktop icons’ reference to the left and finally activate the ‘Recycle Bin’. Then confirm with ‘Apply’ as well as ‘OK’.
